OUR MISSION
MATAB supports the mental health, identity development, and leadership of racialized girls and young women across middle school, high school, and post-secondary stages. Our team includes passionate youth working under the guidance of experienced professionals, ensuring programs are both relatable and rooted in knowledge and care.
Through culturally and spiritually relevant content, mentorship, life skills workshops, and community engagement, we provide a safe and empowering space where participants can grow, connect, and thrive. Whether navigating school, university, or life transitions, MATAB is committed to walking alongside them with compassion, insight, and purpose.
